Stop and no start!
Rode out today with a few folks. Stopped and started about five times over the course of the day. The sixth time the bike has a dead battery. Got a jump and it fired right up.
Had the brite on all day, heated jacket running off ACC1 and heated grips running on ACC2. GPS also running on ACC1.
I did not put a new battery in the bike when I bought it in August. It had 9947 miles on it when i got it, ididnt ask about the battery. I do keep it hooked up to a tender when not in use.
My questions are these. What is the best/easiest way to double check the charging system and is this too much of a load on the battery?
Worst part was, I had to get a jump from a V-Strom!!!!!
Thanks in Advance, dino
