no doubt the print is commercial. The rest of it however is handmade, down to the custom tag she puts on her quilts.

Not necessarily. The object is to be upsun, between the sun and the other pilot's line of vision. The dazzle from the sun prevents any observation. This could be from just about any angle.

I think my german LFA should be aware of the Avenger in the Aurora!

(but yeah, hun in the sun was meaning to not get lazy and keep your head on a swivel. Came from WWI where it was standard training for the germans to maneuver such that they were between the target and the sun and then attack such that the target could not react as they couldnt see them coming until the last minute. So where ever the sun was might be a german getting ready to jump.

This is my parent's (and my) old house in Conifer. It is the house and detached garage to the right of the oval, plowed pond. They had 11 acres but sold it to retire in France!

No real flight time for me. Just building time on Microsoft flight simulator. Been building time in a 767-300ER. Had a couple night approaches yesterday with 2 mile visibility, 700 ceiling, and snowing. Full ILS of course. I like the challenge.
