Needing donor parts...

Okay folks.. Heads Up!! I'm on the hunt for a 2WD Polaris ATV for parts. No engine/transmission/electrical parts needed. Something along the lines of a 250 Trailblazer would work nicely. I'm specifically hunting for the complete right front frame/suspension parts for an upcoming custom fabrication project that I'll be working on. If you have something, or know someone that is looking to unload one for cheap, please let me know... Thanks

That weekly ride looks awesome! What a treat.

Saw what I thought was a white drz bombing around a Franklin neighborhood this afternoon just before 5. Couldn't catch up in the truck, one of you guys?

Oh also scored a 13L xc tank for mine this weekend. The listing said it was for 05-07 but hopefully it'll work with my 04 seat.

MudDuck, Mudaura an Larry

Just wanted to say thanks again for letting me ride with you guys today. I had a great time! Sorry if Larry has an ADV handle I didnt get it.
The Tunnel an the stretch of dirt were the highlights for me. The old bridge was cool as well. After the Medora Ninja encounter I knew the rest of the day had much promise. I was not disappointed! Velma's meatloaf was mighty tasty too! Looking forward to riding with you guys again soon. Take care, ride safe.

Anytime! Just so you know, you didn't miss anything on the way back in other than a dead end.Thankfully we all made it back in just in time for ninja training!

we were in that area.. well, we were in many areas that day. but while in that neck of the woods we stopped by the ol big tunnel. when we pulled up there was a heck of a wrackit goin on. a lifted beat up truck was trying to back up the path leading to the tunnel entrance! we were like.... what the hell that guy doing!? as we walk up we see a cable from back of his truck running thru a series of pulley's attaching to back of another truck that tried driving up that path.... and of course it slid off nearly rolling over!

naturally.... i had to get a pic..

and of course the pic doesn't look so bad. but in pic they are standing on path, so you can see how wide that is. and they had it dragged back up. it was prolly 6' or so off path. i told him he was crazy for trying that stunt. he called me an "everyday driver".. i said "ok, i will take that".

we walked the tunnel a bit and walked back and they had it back on trail and ready to leave when i told him since he had it back up and had a crowd..... "give er another try". he said... "f**k that, i learned my lesson". while walking away i looked back and said... "everyday driver".

we also heard pumpin ridge rd was closed so had to have a look see.. yep, it is now part of the yellow wood state forest.

while riding about south of pikes peak we were gonna hit another spot but found this instead!

i think it's a wrap for last remaining ol roads of interest round brown county. at least.... till we find some more, which is highly unlikely.

Pumpkin Ridge was a couple miles away from me and I only got to ride it once, what a shame. I plan on doing a scouting ride around brown county to find some more fun stuff, preferably between me and work (Columbus) to make that journey more enjoyable.
