Tpar you liked that Bolt Tracker. Check out this 2015 Yamaha SR400 (kick start only)tracker. This thing looks like it would be absolutely fantastic. Perfect weight and size.

Guessing not, and what a bummer. I went to Yamaha page and they have a photo of the same TT type bike, next to it indicating the SR400 (a street version) is perfect for customizing:

I bet you could buy the kit from the designer of the TT. Or if not he needs to sell the kit. Supposedly a pretty "easy" build according the the article I read.

I'm digging that bike. A lot.

Better not let the Missus see it.

I enjoyed the video.
Light weight (nearly 400 lbs for a 400cc bike)
and a huge gas tank (3.2 gallons)

one intake valve, one exhaust valve. I wonder what sort of horsies it makes?

according to this here: http://www.ridermagazine.com/top-sto...ok-review.htm/
it makes a whopping 26 hp.
I don't know... that's just about what a Ural makes, innit?

According to the article and Yammie, the bike can be kicked over with one's hand.

But I've taught more than one woman to kickstart a bike. Not a 400 though.

There's some sort of positive TDC location device and a decomp linkage at play.

Of course, there's a decomp lever on my XR400, too. Doesn't mean you won't kick your nards off if it's flooded or the valves are out of spec.

new scoot

Finally, no more dirt/track only for this guy... picked up a 2013 Tiger Explorer earlier today with 5k miles and some nice add ons. Looking forward to laying down some new tracks and travels. Couldn't upload a pic due to pic dimensions. I will re-size and post up. Packing to head out to the Pro MX National tomorrow, hoping Canard can put his HRC Honda #41 back up front and on the box on Sat!
