Wheels are aluminum and design is not complex, so no worries about rust or coverage...

There is a powdercoater that does wheels cheaply, great work/great price.
He is on Washington us40 just east of plainfield , directly across from adesa auto auctions. many, many colors and great price. Near camper top/truck parts sales.

The ride looked like a blast!

The only worry with powder coating aluminum wheels is to make sure they minimize the time they're baked.... once aluminum gets hot, it artificially ages, and the yield strength goes down... so the shorter its hot the better.

prototype chains on front

Got the prototype chains installed on front tire. Ran out of chain for rear. Never would have guessed I needed more than 10 ft of chain with this design! Held up for ride through alley and around block on dry streets at 20mph.

Pissed Small Bore

I'm keeping an eye peeled for a good Trail 90 or 110 w/a hi-low.
The father of one of my customers scored 3 low-milers at a garage sale for 500 clams. [Need a good cleanin']
My luck doesn't run quite that well.
