I wished I could be at cafe 58 tomorrow; however, I have been fighting this flu bug (and I had the flu shot) since last Sunday, and it is still kicking my behind. I missed 2 days of work this week over it. Today is a perfect day to ride and I am laying on the couch, 101'F fever, chills, sweating, etc.. and its killing me I cant get the bike out. Dont think I got enough strength to hold the bike up. You guys have fun today and tomorrow.

Sunday rides...ahhh, that would be nice

Hey folks, I'm glad to hear the Sunday lunch thing looks permanent. I should be able to join soon. Just can't do so for a few more weeks. My friend and I teach a cooking class for kids at church for the five Sundays beginning the first weekend in January. This is our sixth year of doing so. It's like an Iron Chef for kids 6-14. I don't even get out of the church kitchen until 1 pm or so. I do look forward to joining y'all after this particular (and fun!) obligation. Ride safe!

I'll be laying by the fire keeping warm and watching supercross.
Oh and out in the garage helping the boy with his pinewood derby car.
Honk or stop in if you go by.

Great lunch run...

Was a great lunch run today. Food was good & fellowship (as usual) was even better. I'm all for the regular lunch stop be Route58 Cafe again. Did that seem to work out good for everyone?

HAHA Sorry Tim, we just ran out of that. The temps from today are going to feel like a heat wave here in a day or two. Just remember every day is a good day to ride, some days are just better than others.

...and a bad day of riding always beats the best day of work. Unless you're fortunate enough to work in the powersport industry... and then it's all good, all around

Unless you get to kickass and take names and drive fast like johnson357. Thats pretty rad too. You also get to bitch about your shoulder.

off subject

I am a lurker - great stuff - keep it up. I need to catch up for one of the rides - just work too much.
I need to get race-tech gold valves installed in my KDX 220 - anyone know of a shop or someone in the area that can do that for me? Any guidance would be appreciated.
