There's a Cracker Barrel at that interchange. Will that work?? Or does somebody know of something better?
There is a good place right across the street from the Court House, I think it's just called the Coffee House. It's on the main drag (McClaine).

Some might consider it a chick place, but the food is good.

In other news, I took the reccommendation to watch Cycles South. Good stuff, it makes me miss America.

May 5 Tiddler Madness?

I'm in...you will need to apply a weight-to-hp ratio to understand my tiddler tho. Rider plus bike weight vs hp on my Duc is 780 lb per 90 hp or 8.7 lb per hp. 400 lb vs 45 hp on your ride is the same ratio...

There is a Huddle House 4 miles north of Scottsburg in Austin (west side of interstate); but can be extremely busy around noon since the church crowds get out at noon.
In Scottsburg, the other mom/pop restaurant (Whites) is closed on Sunday. There is a Ponderosa in the same area as Cracker Barrel.
Out by the golf course (1/2 mile west of the Interstate), there is O'Neils bar and grill. They have good meatloaf (if available) and huge fish sandwiches (only been there a couple of times).
There is a chinese place around the corner of US31 and hwy56.
There is a Roadhouse steak house on hwy 56 just west of the Interstate.
In Salem, there is a very good restaurant (a mom/pop family restaurant, cant remember the name at the moment) next to Mcdonalds and JayCees. They are open on Sunday on south side of square on hwy 135.

Some people try to turn back their odometers.
Not me! I want people to know "why" I look this way.
I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

i really liked the part where kevin rides down the hill, then opens his lid... it closes and knocks his square outta his mouth and down into his jacket!

Watch it again. It goes inside his chin guard on his helmet.

Tech Day

There was talk of a tech day, did anything ever come of it? I would like to do a valve check/adjustment. Wouldn't mind some experienced guidance since this will be a first with shim under bucket.

Yes, but I plan on riding the Versys this year and will be skipping the rough road ride that we did last year.
