Well looks like the bike is gonna be totaled everyone cross your fingers that it works out that I get to keep it and it gets paid off and I don't get screwed.

Man its amazing how little it takes for them to consider something totaled. Was the frame tweaked? Hope it turns out good for ya!

Yeah frame is tweaked but only the part where the seat and givi rack mount but it is one piece so there it goes. Oh well we will see what they offer just hate not riding though.
