It blew my mind last year. It's a big deal. Pro trailers. Vendors. Pretty much the entire park will be packed. PACKED. I'm still on the fence about it. Too much work...

Did you run it on the DRZ or did you "borrow" the WRR? I never thought about actually racing, I don't have too much experience in the dirt.

I never understood what could be so tough about the Baja. I made it from San Diego to Cabo and back to San Diego in 5 hours today. ;)

That's got to be a record on a three-wheeler.

58 Cafe closed

Drove out to Hickory Grove Cemetery today to put some flowers out and noticed the 58 Café was closed, with a for sale sign on the front door.

Always seemed like they had a pretty good business going to me.......dunno.

Just figured I would pass it along as many of us use it for a meeting/lunch place on rides.

It's still on for this year. June 2, 2013.

We rode parts of it a few weeks ago and it was swamped in places.

Some people try to turn back their odometers.
Not me! I want people to know "why" I look this way.
I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
