Some people try to turn back their odometers.
Not me! I want people to know "why" I look this way.
I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

I question the logic found in the picture below...

I would never pitch a shelter on the kickstand side of the bike... If the stand sinks, the bike will end up on top of you as you sleep... A rather rude awakening...

I'd want a side stand cookie the size of a manhole cover.

but both rides were organized well.. they did a good job and did all they could do to be accomodating and put on a good event. nuttin you can do about the weather... it is what it is. i got to ride and hang with friends, it's all good.
I had new "mud" tires and didn't put them on. I'm sure I would have enjoyed the ride more if I had. I rode everything on Saturday except for a section right before lunch. My stupid quickstrap velcro holding my goggles came off so I went to lunch and got my safety glasses and then continued on with the afternoon stuff which was easier up until the last couple of sections where it was slick and muddy.

The picture was taken when I was doing a test set up of my Stealth Tent. It does stand on the center stand and I strap the opposite side to a peg, tree, post or whatever, However it does work quite well just on the center stand without any additional tie down as long as your on level ground..........you have to understand the set up, it is using bungie cords that have little to no tension on them.

Trust me, it works..............

Bags installed. Now I won't have to feel left out at Starbucks anymore.

Anybody else go to the MX at Nashville last weekend. Cool to see racing there, but whoever organized it, didn't...

Was I supposed to pay somebody?
