Currently it is under water, I have never seen so much water there. Almost all trails I hit the other day were underwater. Had to haul a RM250Z out for being hydrolocked.

Some people try to turn back their odometers.
Not me! I want people to know "why" I look this way.
I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

Anybody?

Anyone can ride there but they are not "allowed" to ride there. It is free, and you are trespassing, so if anyone gets hurt they cannot come back on the land owner to try and sue them.
In other words the landowner knows its not worth charging an entry fee, if anyone got hurt and decided to sue it would take A LOT of entry fees to pay for a multimillion dollar law suit.

Im no attorney, but I read the IN Code on private trails, and it says you are not liable if you let someone ride on your land. made me wonder how many people would let riders ride if they are truely not liable.

Would you take that chance in today's litigious society? I wouldn't.

I really need some recreation, I hope to make it out. See what the Battleship USS Starbuxia can do off road.
