Eliminating the HID halo

I have used an HID for over a year now, quite enjoyably, but always was a bit irritated by the HID halo. I had ordered this from BestRest a bit ago, and the install did the trick. Turns out a bunch of the halo was from the light guard/space. . ..

Yep - got one of those and it works. Not bad for $15.
