Katoomer doing his best to 'splain the intricacies of his new "picture making machine" in some kind of furin' language.
He kept telling her to just push da button.

Ya...I got yer button right here pal.

AKTroy getting ready to wade on in.

I still haven't done LOLO.

Nooby, you'll have to check out the Boise, Banks, Lowman, Idaho City, Boise loop. It's one of Pashint's favorite rides down there. I have some best buds in Boise and did the loop on my Duc a few years ago. It was one of MY favorites too!

Have fun, Mark H.

I see that no hamsters are allowed in Idaho.

guys, lots of good info, thanks for that. One question though, a group of us want to ride up from Eugene, Oregon. We would be leaving on August 21. The intent is to make it to Prudhoe bay. I know this is a total noob question, but is that too late in the season? From what I have heard, Alaska, especially that far north, is a lot like Oregon, totally unpredictable weather wise. But is there a cut off time when we can pretty much expect the weather to be impossible? We are all riding GS's except one, with all street experience.... very little dirt. Hopefully that will change between now and then. thanks for helpin with the noob learnin'

A couple years ago on 4th of July it snowed on us somewhere north of Atigun Pass. If there's a hard and fast rule about heading up there around Sept 1 it's not one that you'd want to hear.
