Just catching up on my forum reading after having been away on a business for more than 2 weeks.

This is hilarious, and indeed deserving of "quote of the day"

creative writing style for law enforcement media spokespeople everywhere

I have a brand new set of Cee Bailey Saddlebag liners made for the BMW 1200/800/650 Vario boxes for sale. Never used them, forgot I had them, but were bought last Winter. I had planned to keep them around to use in my GIVI boxes but could use the money instead for an upcoming trip.

I posted them in the Flea Market.

Rides

Work, holidays, and guests visiting has taken a serious chunk out of my riding season so far and it looks like my schedule is freeing up nicely for the next few weeks.

I'm based on the Quebec side around the center of Hull. If there are some riders in the area looking to do some shorter local area riding during the week after 4:00 pm, hit me up I wouldn't mind tagging along or leading an afterwork ride here and there. And if there are any weekend rides that are a little further out, feel free to let me know about these as well.

Hope everyone is having a great summer so far!

All the best,

Rob

Riding north of Calabogie today

I'm headed out soon to pre-ride part of this year's Calaboogie Boogie dual sport ride. Anyone want to join me for the ride?

I was out yesterday dirt biking on the south side, a few trees down. I've heard north side right around the village had many more trees down. Triple tower line was fine - couple of large tree limbs on the trails in the wooded sections. Keep your eyes peeled!

Burnt Lands is better in the Spring, after the snow melt.

Well, I'm pumped. Just a couple more days until we leave for a week of mountain riding in Colorado. Today, we got the trailer ready to go with the 4 bikes loaded. I spent the last few days adding a larger fuel tank to my WR, a new spark plug, oil and filter, air filter, new rubber on the rear, and new Giant Loop luggage. Can't wait.

A pair of WR250's, a GX450, and a 690R
