We didn't venture too far from the spot where we split off from you , Mike. We explored a trail that turned into a nice double track, and then we found ourselves following some relatively easy single track that came out in someone's back yard. We just quietly thumped by and hoped no one was home.
![]() Here is some video. Check out the ending and you'll see what happens when the rider fails to keep his eyes on the road (watching the GPS instead)....

I use Adobe Elements Premier 9 (it's at least 1 or 2 versions old).
This particular video is a little messed up because I used different video settings on the camera, and used them with the same settings in Adobe Premier... for the first 2 or 3 clips, I had my GoPro recording in 720p @ 30 frames/second, but part way through the day I changed the settings so it recorded at 800x480 (WVGA) @ 60 frames per second. While the MPEG file the Adobe software created looks very nice on my computer, it looks rather shitty after having uploaded it on YouTube. This video from last week looks better because the settings on the camera were consistent all day long, and matched the video output settings for the MPEG file created by Adobe Permier.

I published the track as a Garmin Adventure, found here. This is a screen capture of the Adventure.

Cool ... I just updated to the latest version of Basecamp and I now have the Garmin Adventures feature. Not the most intuitive, but I finally managed to get it working. Also took me more than a few minutes to figure out how/where to view it online.
Posted here Thanks, Mike.

I'll do it as we'll if you want. What kind of bike? Full disclosure - If it's a late model KTM 450/500 at a throwaway price, I might scoop it on you.

Glad to see volunteers - I had send North Rider a PM to say I would do it but it's a 45 minute drive for me to get there and I hoped someone closer would speak up.

Now that'd be a great negotiating tactic - the seller would knock a couple grand off just to get rid of us.....
