Frosty Mornings

A little frosty this morning... Roads were good however and crossed a "few" other brave riders on the way into work.
Saddens me that storage time is near. Not just yet however... :)

I know what you mean. Been chilly these past few mornings but I only ride a few Kms across town to get to work. 20 minutes down the highway might be different.

I had some shitty luck today... at lunch time, I noticed my front tire was flat while riding down King Edward. The valve stem separated from the tube. There were still a few miles left on the tire, but I spooned a new Pirelli MT-21 onto the rim and use a new heavy duty tube. That's the 2nd flat in a month.... when a small nail caused the rear to go flat. I'll have to replenish my stock of spare tubes over the winter.

A guy on a sportbike flew past me this morning on the 416 at a high rate of speed just north of the North Gower exit. BRRRR!
