Watered out my bike today. 3 oil changes so far. I think I'll need at least 1 or 2 more.

On the upside I found out why my vapor dash kept restarting. The wires were rubbing against the engin and were shorting out.

Any day I get too ride is a good day I guess .

Been about 4 decades since I was there but I guess in the big picture things don't change much in that time frame. Pretty cool places to see like the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace

This sounds vaguely familiar

Hope it doesn't cost you as much as it did me.

Had a great blast today too...did the lac Dumont section of the Swisha loop...75km of rolling double track...lots of technical bits to have fun on....there were even a couple of ice filled puddles, but trail conditions were still pretty fast. Quite a few hunters out and some major logging going on near ch Beaudoin. Good times!

Somewhere up on ch Picanoc....

Bicycle swimming.

It was a little deeper than expected, and having to break through the ice didn't help with my momentum.

Couldn't have been better! Here are some pics I took. Got lots of good video too on the GoPro but our Internet bandwidth is really slow when uploading right now so I can't upload any.

I don't think momentum would have helped. What you needed was pontoons. How'd you get it home?

Here's a preview from what was pretty much the "Dan Cam" since I was mostly at the back, and you were usually right in front of me.
