You can't be drunk. Your words make sense. Perhaps more than usual, so that may be a sign.

We are glad that we were made aware of this. We recently started using Greyhound Courier in eastern Canada only because they've been pushing their "tracking" service and "improved delivery to more areas". We've decided 1 bad customer experience is enough for us to go back to our regular courier's (Canada Post, Purolator and UPS). Lesson learned.

I feel like I'm talking to myself but I know one of you forwarded my post to MX1 Canada because they contacted me today. Nice of them to offer me a gift certificate to make up for the slow delivery since it's not their fault, and it's not them I'm cheesed off with, it's Greyhound. But a gift certificate from Greyhound wouldn't be of much use to me.

All I want is the damn tires which according to a tracking page that MX1 can see, were offloaded in Toronto on the 3rd, though my view of the tracking page still has nothing more than the pickup date.

But still no sign of them here.

I missed your reply when I posted mine, just after 2:00, but it doesn't make much difference. I'm not angry at MX1 or blaming you or your company and I appreciate you listening to my complaint.

I figured out why the tracking page showed nothing past the pickup date for me: when my browser opens it shows me the last pages I had open when I shut it down, and the Greyhound page requires a complete fresh start in order to see any change. A refresh does not update it even though the browser alerts that you're doing a new form submission.

But here it is, the end of Monday, and the tires were supposedly in Toronto on Friday, and I still don't have them.

If they're not here by noon tomorrow, I'll probably have to call DualSportPlus and hope they can salvage this weekend's trip.

I have a set of TCK80's with a bit of tread left if you're in dire need...yours if you want them.
