Anyone tip their F800GS yet?.... I did.
Just tipped mine for the first time today. Was doing a slow turn (3-5mph) standing up. I'm not used to the throttle on this bike yet. Seems I was going too slow for the engine management computer. The bike killed, forcing a tip-over. I'm used to carburated bikes where you can used throttle control in 1st gear. This throttle on the 800 is touchy as hell. Seems like more clutch work is needed and less throttle work. Anyway, there seems to be no visible damage. The passenger peg and handlebar took the brunt. Any other damage I need to worry about? Something not visible maybe?

Radiator mount
I low-sided mine in about 3-4" of snow the first day, broke the LH turn signal, and cracked the LH fairing. Thought that was all until i removed the fairing to find a cheezy plastic tab that holds the top of the radiator tank in place had snapped in half. Not designed to take a fall. Get some engine guards ASAP.

My fell over this past weekend while trying to climb a very slippery (frozen) dirt hill full of deep ruts. My ADVSpec crashbars worked well taking most of hit. The only damage was a small dent on the muffler. No big deal.
Glad I got that out of the way! :)
