The MSRP for the 800 was $10520.00 The price for comfort package was $545.00. Do not know the theft but thought it was around $300.

The only price that means anything is the OTD price that includes destination, registration taxes, etc. THAT'S what you paid.
Don't really care about the price increase myself, though. Already bought mine.

$10,400 is the MSRP ($10,405 actually) for an F650GS without factory alarm. Of course, the price increase will affect the bikes that arrived at dealerships after about the first week of the year. Discussions of "what did you pay?" can be rife with confusion. In some states dealers collect sales tax, not so in others (or maybe no sales tax is owed). Dealers may or may not be handling titling and registration. Some discount, some tag on added value to popular models. Hey, what oil do you guys use?
