Hey the only work that I've had done is head work for my 450X. The guy that did it is Rick @ Mussleman Honda.622-1073. Good Luck

Howling at the Moon

Is anyone planning on going to the Howling at the Moon event? I'm more than likely going to go, but I'm hoping to get a feel for whether or not there may be some familiar faces to ride with.

A friend of mine and I rode south from Arivaca on Ruby Road all the way to Nogales. We checked out Warsaw canyon roads and California Gulch as well. One road going south from California Gulch took us to the border fence. It wasn't overly difficult, but some of it probably wasn't for heavy ADV bikes either. Some mud and rocky washes, some sand, one pretty steep climb (not on the main road). Ruby Road itself is graded and no problem at all.

If you haven't been on this road, or haven't been there when it's so green, it's worth doing.

The side roads (Warsaw Canyon, California Gulch) are exactly what "dual-sport" riding is all about.

(Plenty more where that came from, I might post a few more here and there.)

It's a beautiful ride, I've done it too. If you go down into Warsaw there's a side road that will take you into Holden Canyon and down to the El Oro mine ruins. It's mostly decent two-track, but the last half mile or so is a wash. I think I have some pictures around here somewhere.

and ...

Well maybe not.

Anybody know how I can add more than one picture per day?

There is SO MUCH good riding around Tubac. I return to AZ in October and I am going to start a Tucson Meetup DS riding group and cross post my rides here.

I'm out every weekend, anyone with a suitable bike and a friendly demeanor is welcome to join me.

Chris.

Best bet is to create a Smugmug account and link to them.

Chris.

This should do it. But , yes you need to have your pics hosted somewhere on the web.
