I'm not a racer, just a trail rider but I'd like to get it close to what it should be for my size and riding style. Any info on a good shop locally would be appreciated.
Go by On Any Motto, 1655 W. Grant Rd. Ask for Chris. Great mechanic even with his accent.

You are right. I had an appointment with Donnie at ZR1 Suspensions this afternoon and re set up my DRZ and wow, what a difference. Very nice to work with, explained everything as he was doing it and I am very amazed with the improvement. Excellent recommendation

I'm going! If anyone is coming along, meet at the diamond shamrock at Kolb and Valencia on the 21st at 10:30.

That should give us plenty of time to meander Arivaca then scoot over to Kitt. Won't, however, be stopping at that coffee shop on the road, so bring munchies if you know you'll get hungry.

I'm guessing this is a 90-95% slab ride?

I think

It is 100% street, he said he was riding a street bike.
I hope I got that right because I am breaking out the RT for this ride.

Bummer.... If I had Battle Wing tires and a big ADV bike (or street bike), I'd do that ride.

Looking back at the posts and routes, I don't think my XR650R will like keeping up with you dudes on Hwy86 or Hwy286 (or I-19). She prefers the back roads and dirty stuff. :)

If anyone is up for a dirty Tucson area ride on Saturday, say the word.

99.999% street. Gravel on roadways will account for that .001%. 1150R does NOT do dirt real well.

should I just meet you up there (kitt?). You'll be doing a lot of waiting for me otherwise(1150R vs olde DR650).

Dang curbjumper, if I'd been thinking, I'd of left you the ST keys!

You'd have to bring your own step-ladder, though......
