I NEVER let that guy ride my YZ250 ! And especially without pants ! But it sounded just like mine....

Put new cush drive rubbers on the KLR the old ones had 33000 miles on them and had some freeplay. Also changed the oil in the KLR.

Yesterday just as the KLR rolled over to 33000 miles, I flipped over the trip odometer. Soon the odometers will be all 3s. Truly a crowning achievement in the sport of motorbiking.

Congrats on that, but 33k is kinda long between oil changes, even if you're using synthetic oil.

My brother had a Cagiva Gran Canyon, it was a sorta, kinda, too.

The rear fender on the one sided swingarm is funny lookin. I think it looks like about as much of a dual sport as the VStrom, but way more sporty

ouch, yeah they're okay on the street, but they kinda suck off road. Mine still had a set of them n when I bought it and I only took it up Reddington Road once with those on before I went out and got different tires.

Speaking of KLRs does anyone want a 14 tooth front sprocket? I bought one thinking that I would switch it out, but I decided I'm happy with the stock gearing for the riding I do.

It's one of these http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/pr...#vehicleSelect
never even been used, decided to just stick with the 15 tooth.

Should be good for your wheelies

speaking of which I fee like taking my carb apart to make sure that the previous owner did the things they said they did...

i switched to a 14 tooth at about 500 miles and like it alot ! much more manageable offroad and not much of a drawback at highway speeds
