Been wondering the same thing. GF and I are snowbirds here and ride DR350's. I would like to connect with some folks to ride with and for advice on where to (and not to) ride.

Hey Minnjim! I've got a dr350 undergoing a heart transplant, but maybe after the recovery I'll be able to join up with you guys!

I don't know, that is why I posted it here...was hoping that at least a small group would be interested. Last time I posted a ride everyone said they worked Saturdays and Sunday was better, so this time I made it Sunday and haven't heard anything. Seems like people would rather talk about riding than actually ride?

I'm in for tomorrow. I'll be at the Shell station at 9:00.

You've got me there. I'm one of the people in that category ATM. I'm full time daddy to a toddler right now, so talking about riding is all I can do most of the time. But I still keep up on the boards in case the stars align.
...and I get the lights working on the KLR :) the R/R is running so hot that it's melting the insulation on the wires going into it. No other odd signs or visible electrical issues found so far. Anyone have experience to say if this speaks to a short or a bad RegRec?

Whitehouse Canyon Road to FS 62 (Box Canyon Road), 62 to Helvetia Road, Helvetia Road to 411, 411 to 62, 62 to the Greaterville Road (FS 229), FS 229 to FS 165, FS 165 to dead end circle (a mile or two past the TV tower), Take a break. Back on FS165 to FS163, FS163 to FS4113, FS4113 to FS4085, FS4085 to FS4084, FS4084 to the Gardner Canyon Road. Take a break across the road. Return on 4084 and 4085, but do not turn off on 4113, instead follow 4085 until it merges with FS163. Follow that past campgrounds and OHV area to a triangle where you meet 4060. Take 4060 which returns you to the Greaterville Rd. opposite where you entered 165. Take FS229 back to FS62. Go back to Green Valley on FS62 with or without the 411 and Helvetia road dogleg (it avoids a couple of ranches and some local traffic).

Some sand...very little in climbs. Have done it with someone on a 1200GS although we might do the wash next to the reservation which would be tough on a GS.

Who's in?
Cathy & Skip are IN. See y'all at 9
