Sticking with the Park theme as we make our way across the Northeast side of Atlanta...

Let me see....hints....

There's a Chatta river...
There's a Chatta Bridge...
There's a Chatta Park...
There's Chatta Fulton County...

Across the street....

The location of our little granite friend:

I know where that is (my son has played in that park), I just need to knock the dust off my bike so I can go get it. Oh, and find a good place for a new tag.

Get current tag, find new tag within 48 hours. I would use something on the hash trail from this last weekend.

Tag Found

Thanks Ernbos for taking me back to my old neighborhood.

This would be the Silver Comet Trail at the Florence Rd. parking lot over in Powder Springs, GA.

Fun trail that has grown tremendously in this area.
When I would ride to from Smyrna to Rockmart, there were still huge sections that were gravel. And due to the equestrianeers, lots of dodging ground targets over in this section. But an awesome trail none the less. The railroad tunnel being the coolest by far. And at the end of the tunnel, you can feed the fish in the pool.

And the coordinates:

This is the original retail outlet store in Atlanta. Yep, Mom would take me here for all my suits, school jeans and everything else that could be purchased cheaply.

Over on the south side of Atlanta not far from the airport.

A view from the other direction.

And our little friend is hiding under this rock.

Ingress ?

Hey folks,

Has anyone here been playing the new games from Google called Ingress? The game uses GPS coordinates to guide you to real destinations that contain virtual portals. It is a combination tag-o-rama + geocache + multiplayer game. Two sides the enlightened and the resistance battle for control of the portal.

These portals are place at Historic markers, churches, any sort of unique landscape and might make good markers for the tag-o-rama game.

The game is played on your Android phone (sorry no iPhone client) and is in Beta now. I have a few invites for anyone interested in playing for the "Resistance".

Well that sounds quite interesting. And why are the cool iPhone people
prevented from sharing the fun? Or does that make us even more special?

What is this world coming to when a man can't even stash a rock for later use or even for a friend? Pot? Legalize it. Meth? In every kitchen getting baked. Coke? Being tooted upstairs in the VIP room at the club. But when a bunch of friends just want to get together and say yes to the rock, somebody has to come along and dilute our Cheerios.

I'm sorry. What was the question again?
