Got lost in CT today, and ended up in Keene NH

I started today with a ride up some local roads. I noticed I was getting close to a Tag in the nutmeg tag-o-Rama so I snagged it. I decided to head north on RT 32 to see what I could find for a new tag, and then faster than a high schooler in the back of a station wagon, I was in Keene NH...

When I parked my Scrambler in Keene, down the road from Margaritas, a rider with a Vstrom mentioned that I had the burst bike parked in the road. Is that rider here by chance? I didn't even think to ask...

Here are some pics.

These were some hang gliders and ultralights that I saw flying. I saw a sign for an airport, so I followed it till I found the airstrip.

Tilley lake, just south of the New Hampshire border.

Here I am at the border. Still not sure where I am going...

An awesome covered bridge

A lake by the airport at 32 and 12.

Now I am at lunch in Keene. Next I think I'll head to Brattleboro, VT. and see where that takes me.

Here are a couple more of the gliders. That was really cool to see. I'll add some more I suppose when I get home.

Nice pic of nice country but you get lost in states not as big as our counties?

Thanks! I like it too. It's a lot if fun.

I ended up racing the rain back home, so I didn't get anymore pictures.

From Keene I took 101 west to Brattleboro VT, and then picked up 91 south to rt 5. I followed that to Springfield and then wandered home via a few back roads in CT.

10 hours, 4 states, and 295 miles and I still only used half a Jeep sized tank of gas. I don't think the wrangler will see much action this summer.
