It was at this moment I lost it.
You manly men laugh all you want.

The wine, a little pot, the music, the smells, the sounds, the colors, the ocean breeze. My life right now.
It overtook me like I didn't know anything could, I cried, literally falling down. I was unaware, but the emotions of my life all came out. Happy tears, sad tears, grateful tears. So I let it all out and cried. It's actually hard to publicly share and write about it, as the vivid memories come back. When I finally calmed down I couldn't help but laugh at myself.
I have been here a time or two, Great Report!!
Cheers!

Just finished all 54 pages.

Love the pictures. I've come to the conclusion that a Pelican Case for the back of my 990 is the way to go. What size is the white one? Looks like just enough for my D300, charger, and my point-and-shoot. It looks like 1300?

Now that you've got a kayak might check out the Olympus Stylus Tough 8000. I've got one and was really surprised with the picture quality. Would it replace a good D700 or 5D? No. But it's waterproof to 33 ft. Just a thought.

Keep up the good "work" and just wanted to say I think you're hitting a fine median. You don't seem to be worrying so much about the report and concentrating more on the ride. If I read right it's been one year since you started. Here's to the next one.

Absolutely incredible the whole package you are a very gifted and taleted person.

The pictures express many many emotions for a lack of any other explaination or words. For instance some of them seem so distant like from ones lonely imagination as opposed to a actual place in time that is right there now not far away. That is just one skill you have of many with your picture taking I really enjoy.

So glad you shared the moments in time and your life with all of us here .

There is something very different about you and the adventure seeking excitement of your life and I say that with the upmost respect and admiration.

Spent the last few hours reading the entire thread. I was unable to stop. This is probably my favorite ride report. Adventure is where you find it.

The photos amazing, the story amazing. The best part is your writing and wit.

Thanks so much for sharing your story with us. I look forward to seeing much more.

Ride Safe,
Chris
