So many miss what I'm unable to say in a way that pleases me.

The issue isn't your ability to communicate your core values. There are people out there that are going to see a cogent explanation of someone elses life philosophy as an attack on their lifestyle and/or life choices. I'd argue that the better job you do of explaining a philisophy that varies from the main stream, the more virulent the reaction. I'd give this one a C+.

Blah fucking blah with all this bitching about how this was said or how that was said. Most people get their panties in a twist about something someone says, because its true and makes them see it about themselves, when they might have been trying not to. Classic being mad at the messenger, when the real source of anger is the message itself.

Joe...keep doing what you do and those who want to keep reading and enjoying your threads will, and those who don't like what is said......well, that is their issue, not your's.

Wow as I sit here looking at our gigantic maps on our wall, I'm still in awe of what I've just experienced... The unbelievable sunrises and sunsets and everything in-between has well changed me forever...and of course has left me hungry for more!

As the famous poet said," We've figured out everything in this world, except how to live!" well I'm figuring out how to do that as well...and when I speak of my adventures to my family and friends they look at me with such fascination ... They think I'm the luckiest girl in the world to just pack up and go see things that well most people just don't...

Well off to work so we can plan for more...... right?

~ Nancy

ps... I think you should invite us to Montenegro!

It has taken me three days to catch up on this RR which has been your life story. I want to commend you on your efforts to keep us in the "loop." It has been great reading the last three days in between LSAT practice problems, school and work. Your highs and lows have demonstrated that we are all human, and when enough time is dedicated to thought, we all run that spectrum. I totally understand you thoughts on the "rat race," and for that same reason is why I am planning a trip of my own.

I want to thank you because through your writings and pictures I have been able to find things that I needed. Not only equipment-wise, but also moments of relaxation in your pictures that have prevented me from going nuts from all this LSAT prep. Anyhow, I know how it feels to have someone in your life that shares your interests and for that I am happy you have found her. Anyhow, I hope to pick your brain shortly after my test on things you would have done differently. Hope all is well and thank you again for sharing your "life story."

We are advised to NOT judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics.

Oh man, Wyoming...

Can't wait to get back up there next summer as I rode a bunch of that in the dark last time.

I wish there was another word for "Wow" because I just keep repeating myself and must sound like an idiot reading this. You are doing (did) exactly what you said you wanted to.

Kudos to Nancy for taking care of those menacing logs too!
