IN!

I'll make it 3 in a row. Hopefully the clutch will be up for it this year.

This will be my second year of off road riding and my second pb300.

I'm thinking about bringing a snow bike for this event, should handle the sand better that a traditional bike.

Hey Disco, glad to see you are going to come back for more, and that your wife let you keep your bike LOL.
This year we will use the ice to make some drinks, not send you home with it strapped to your head.
Always a good time.

Jason: Hey, I was thinking of contacting you to come down and ride, and to also give a presentation on your Tunsia ride at the PB300 dinner sat night.

We offer all the chicken and pasta you can eat, training beverages, a free ride and maybe some expense's too. Such a deal.

Try to work it out. Last year Chris Grimm gave his presentation on the Hero's Legend Ride, which was pretty cool. How often do you get a chance to tell 100 + people your story.

Regards
Jack

That might just seal the deal I'm checking into it.

ANdrew Phillips was saying he wanted to wanted to organize a ride this year. I'm thinking hell at this point I'll take a disorganized one

The Scrub Pine Enduro, this year's date is March 22.

Most of the details are still being worked out, like the distance, maybe 300, maybe 500, or somewhere in between.

As far as the CC limit from last year, most likely we will keep the event as an over 500 cc event again. Sorry to those who don't agree , but last years event worked out great.

Thanks to OCCR and the members.

Fine Print

Hey: The Scrub Pine enduro was March 22, the PB300 is Oct 10th & 11th.
I'll post an update in a few days, but I can say that we've been exploring and preriding this years route and we've cut out some of the difficult sand sections and roads, and added great single track. This year the PB300 will be doable on a GS class machine, appx 175 miles on Sat, and 125 miles on Sun. Lunch Sun at the Hedger House. We will also have a Pine Barrens riding class on Fri. Details on all this info will be updated soon.

Off to the SJER DS in the morning.

Regards
Jack and the PB300 Crew.

Can't believe I've missed this thread for so long!

I'm in. Already scheduled my work around it.

Can I pay early? When does registration open? I want to help out as much as possible with the event's cash flow.

Cheers,
Anders

ps: Lee, I need to call you too!

Pack: One of our crew members / riders, has his anniv that same weekend. Ask him how he does it.

James: The CC limit dosen't apply to women.

Thanks, thats all for now, gotta go.
Jack
I'm in. This year will be our 9th anniversary. It's also my wife's BDay (which are very huge in her home clan).

How can this be done?

Training, skill, determination and creativity (as with most things that are difficult to execute).

let me know how I can help.

Thanks

Anders and Ed: Good to hear from you guys, Ed, sorry this always falls on your anniversary, I thought that by now, you would have figured out a way around this. Sooner or later, you should be able to shift the celebration to the weekend before or after the PB300. Anyway, I'll contact you soon for some prerides, and can always use your help.

Anders, I thought I wasa busy guy, till I met you. My record was three events in one year, I think your up to 5 or 6.

The entry and registration will open about Sept 1, I don't want to collect any $$ till I have the permits etc, things are getting tougher up here. State Police and or Forest Rangers have been showing up at enduros and DS rides lately. Last Sunday the forest rangers had a radar gun on one of the roads for a DS ride, I know they got one or two guys speeding.

I'm gonna try to keep the route off the main roads to avoid any issues.

Regards

Jack
