Are any two packs stackable? I'm guessing they are with the pack mount extension but I want to stack a 1 gallon on top of a two gallon, just double checking before I place the order ...

I just got a quick reply from Jason - he says this will work fine. I'm planning on stacking a 2 gallon fuel on top of my rear Pelican with a 1 gallon water on top of that for a trip to Inuvik in a month or so. Will post some pics and review at some point in the future.

BTW, We have new costs with the new EPA/CARB government requirements coming soon so the 20% discounts must be reduced to 10%. This way we hopefully will not have to increase the regular (website) price of the products. Coupon is: ADVRIDER

ok dumb question.
Are the mounts capable of both single and stacked configurations?
gas on the bottom and a storage unit on top?
Was thinking of redoing my mini pelican top box with a storage one and then add the gas one when I need it on longer trips.
I could always make a riser to make up the difference when only carrying one but I am just dumb this afternoon...save me

Got my 2 gallon green Rotopax today and it looks like it will work out great once I finish fabricating a new 3/16 aluminum tail rack to mount it to. I got a ? for you though - what's the purpose of the black piece of plastic shown in the pic below? I didn't receive any install instructions and cant figure out what that piece of plastic is for

When you connect two of the packs together, it is used to clip on one end and keep the two packs aligned and together.

I ordered some stuff back on June 27th and have not sen any shipping notice as of yet. I'm wondering if they are typically slow to ship or perhaps they have forgotten about me?

I just went to their site and tried to write them through their "contact us" feature but it would fail each time I tried to send my message. Sure would be nice to get my new tanks.

Call them. Orders do get lost, especially when running through a third party internet shopping cart system.

You can get the 2 gallon with the first aid color if you call and order, same price as the black one.

My thought was 2 (1) gallon, the storage and the gas, I have to measure out the 2 gallon to see how much bigger it would be on the rear rack and if the 1 gallon gas would be able to be mounted on top via the slot without moving.
