Been there already. They don't seem to list bulbs separately. I've gotten an Acerbis DHH kit but it won't fit on the XR. Wants to point to the front fender.

The search continues...

The oil cooler just needs the mount modified. I am hoping that tapping into some of the pipe work on the left hand side will work. Marks instruction for the 650 say tap into the long oil pipe on the right hand side. But there is too many pipes on the left side already. I am not going to bother waisting the new chain, sprockets and tyres just to wear 'em out fang-ing up and down the hi way to go riding with these 7blokes on big adventure bikes. I will post pictures if I get the bike finished and go on the ride.
Can anyone tell me what those pipes are on the left hand side at the front of my motor? I thought they would be oil but I have doubts now. They are in the way of where I wanted to mount my oil cooler. I welded be brackets to the frame and got my bash plate mounted. I also put the motor back together (complete with broken gasket all stuck back together with guess. ) I ordered gaskets but they won't be here for a while. So I didn't put the sprokets on or the new tyres yet and the oil cooler will have to wait. I am going for a ride on Sunday with the bike the way it is. Wish me luck.

Hi

I guess you mean this stuff
Honda call it AI System .

Thats the emissions Control shit.
You can remove it compleatly but you must then block of all the Connections on the Cylinder , Airbox and Intake .
Engine runs without that stuff , no problem but i don't know its leagal in your country .

My mistake; I meant Baja Designs.

I am running this in my '04 XR250R. Baja Des also has a 100watt version if your stator can handle it.

It doesn't say if it can be converted to a high/lo beam. Do you know if it can?

I don't believe so. My xR is offroad only, so I haven't tried.

I DID install an on/off switch along with the 55watter (actually a Tusk kill switch) in case the extra current draw would make the bike harder to kickstart.

The metal tank pictured above is a XR250L tank.

The xr250r version has different tank mounts than the L version. (yours)

The r version, which is a plastic tank, has brackets mounted to the front of the tank that bolts go through and into the tank. Those two bolts, one on each side plus a strap in the rear of the tank are all that hold an R tank on.
