If you think that helped, should slammed one of the 5 Hour Energy drinks I had with it.
I slammed one of those on 5 & 6 along with the energy bar. The cramps I got in my forearms @ stage 4 were gone! That 40 min. service break got me stiff. I had no more arm cramps the rest of the day.
