Pissed Massive FUBAR

Up until yesterday I was a very satisfied customer of Teiz Powersports. I have both a Lombard one piece, and a Navigator two piece suit, and they're great.

Today I am a VERY unhappy customer. On April 21 my wife ordered a pair of custom sized motorcycle pants from Teiz.

(Body of post removed, pending contact with Ghazi)

However, in the meantime, I am REALLY pissed!

Roy

in the meantime, shouldn't you give him a chance to make it right before blowing up the thread?

That's what I was thinking. I'd have definitely called Ghazi and talked about it before posting it here. If no satisfaction then post it.

Hi Ghazi. The e-mail has been sent to "sales@teiz.com"

To the cheering section: I also have had excellent dealings with Ghazi...however. My wife was very reluctant to pay a lot of money for a custom pair of pants that she had never seen. She has very little trust in things internet, at the best of times. I had about two years of "Husband Points" riding on what I hoped would be a smooth, happy transaction. This SNAFU, is very unwelcome. I'm sure that Ghazi will straighten it out, but right now my blood pressure would thoroughly worry my cardiologist.

I'm not sure if this is just a typo in your post, but the email address he gave, and the one on their site is "sales@teizms.com" not what you have above. Just don't want your blood pressure to go any higher if you used the wrong address and you're not getting a response.

I've been reading this thread and I am really impressed with the level of service apparent here. The suits look nice, too, especially that Power Shell!

I am a Roadcrafter user and am happy with the functionality and comfort but I would love a nicer fitting, better protected suit that retained the ease of use the Roadcrafter offers. Goretex was a huge selling feature for me and I'm basically clad in the stuff top to bottom. The breathability and water resistance is much better than the rest of the waterproof membranes out there, imo.

Curious for your feedback on whether this is something you would integrate into your Power Shell. I have read a lot of this thread and I know you recommend a waterproof outer but I had to ask

Not in the foreseeable future until the technology and pricing change significantly.

Here are my reasons:

Lowered blood pressure!

OK everyone, the problem with the custom pants has been sorted out.

Thank you Ghazi for a very prompt resolution!

mchasal, thanks for the heads up, fortunately I had cut and pasted the e-mail address, so no problems.

Once we get the new pants I'll post a review, both here and in the "Revolution" thread.

As an owner of both a Lombard one piece (which I'll eventually replace with a Power Shell) and a Navigator two piece, one of the reasons I bought them was because they DON'T have a Gore-tex lining. I have a few Gore-tex garments, none for motorcycling, and I like them....but. They can be awfully sweaty in the very humid heat we get in the summer here in Southern Ontario. Because of this, I much prefer my motorcycle gear to breath...a lot. If it rains, I throw on the Frog Toggs, which keeps my Teiz gear clean and dry for when it stops raining. YMMV
