It is along Stekoa Creek so my thinking is it is a from one of the logging railroads. Tallulah falls railroad paralled 441 for the most part.

Looks like I am going have to brush up on my history to ride in my backyard.

The phesant pic is on the same road. I took the pic of the bike as I was walking back from checking out the phesant.

The green sign in the background says "This is the best curvy road in the state of Georgia" so it in not old 441.

Tiger Food Mart.

Located in downtown Tiger.

It doesn't look like much from the outside but they serve some great tenderloin biscuits in the morning and one of the best hamburgers around at lunch. Especially the Bacon Cheeseburger.

I've camped and fished / hunted just to the right of your bike, very peaceful place.

I can't believe you remembered that picture. Lucky got front page ADV that weekend with this one I had forgotten about.

Take note of the guy in the back ground looking. Remember, this was January in the mountains.

They had a sign up for no camping in the parking area. I guess someone wasn't so peaceful and ruined it for everyone.

My boys are getting old enough to do an overnight canoe trip. This may be a good spot to launch for the weekend.

It was the no alcohol permitted sign that did it for me.

There is some good camping upstream towards the Chattooga. There are only 3 access points on the lake and none are easy to get a motorboat to. So there is no boat traffic to speak of, just a few jon boats.

You should just buy something with a Rotax engine and be done with it.

Now you guys are getting into my turf. There's some good riding between Hiawassii and Clayton - standing indian north of Clayton is some good FS road - cross over 64 and take Rainbow Springs up to Wayah - take Wayah to Junalaska into Andrews - cross 129 at the HillyBilly mall (they renamed it, I can't remember what it is) - then head into the forest up there - there's lots of good trail, roads, etc there... the back way up to the Skyway is a trip - bring good tires. Any how, more dirt roads to Tellico Plains ORV and you're to murphy...

When are we leaving?

One of my favorite rides. Don't forget Winding Stair Road and Come back on the road that Parallels the Little Tennessee on dirt or Hwy 28 if you want the twisties.
