I used to play around on that site, it's got tons of great van info...I just wish it were like ADV and not inundated with ads. I think you should start one Duke "Adventure Vans".

"Adenture Vans"

Expedition Portal has a van section too- more along the lines of Sportmobiles, etc., though:

I remember attending alot of Truck-ins as a kid, and seeing stuff I probably shouldn't have.
Thanks for the link Hayduke. This might just cost me dearly. BTW, that's one sweet rig you've got there.

Yes. Not my house but my brothers. He has a small place and had a full house so we slept in the van. We stopped there on our way through between camping spots for a night.

I was thinking about starting a thread called "Family Vacation Rigs" but this will fit.

We just drove six hours with our MPV, and five to go tomorrow to the Trent-Severn waterway in Ontaro. An MPV isn't very big: 189" long, the same as an earlier Accord, Camry, or Outback. It's ideal for city use, but for a vacation trip like this we need all the space we can get. A Yakima RocketBox adds 16 cu ft, and we removed one of the center sets. So now we have room for a family of five and gear for a week, in a package that drives well and is getting around 25mpg.

We're loading up for our first trip with the van! Headed to Montana for a few days riding and camping off of the bikes;

Not really a whole lot more going in... some clothes, our moto luggage, and a few boxes of tee shirts for West Fest. SO much more room than I'm used to!

We even have our pillows:

Can't wait!

So is the 950 going on the back?

I can see it, "Cool, you brought the 950" ...then the doors open and, aa--aaaa-aaaa-aaaaa-men! Orange and Blue goodness inside.
