That phot would look a lot better without the orange background.

Took me ages to notice the bike was actually painted orange

I resized your image a little smaller........Looks great! My spare tank cover and beak are being painted just like the blue one as we speak.

I think Green would look bad aasssss. I wonder how hard(on the wallet) it would be to paint the beak digital MARPAT camo? I think it would look cool since the GS already looks like a bird of prey.

Just Another R12GS....

Just another gratuitous image post to one of the longest running and most enjoyable threads on ADRrider, taken near Neah Bay, the Makah Nation Reservation, on the Olympic Peninsula, WA State:

That solid blue is good lookin'! I've thinking about doing the same thing only in a forest or emerald green.

Be seated!

Hello Jay,
The seat is a part from the: http://www.touratech.hostingkunde.de/touratech/shops/001/product_info.php?cPath=2_30_219&products_id=3391&osCsid=e83ee6cc290b42fe3ca1d0126bb2f2ae katalog, it is made by Kahedo, a German seat factory.
Availlable in 3 hights for the driver and one standard hight for passenger
Kahedo made the seat on the original BMW-base, so it fits like original but your butt will feel the difference right away
I've been looking for the Corbin seat in Holland, but the price (in my opinion) is much too high (1250 euro's or Dollars)
The Kahedo is as good quality as Corbin, firm seating and the upper material is anti-slip.
Different colours on side of the seat is possible (mine is grey couse i own the grey cloured GS)
Price in Holland: 575 euro's or Dollars, also a lot of money but my wife's and my butt agreed buying it.
