By 2 PM that parking lot was full of cars and kids building snowmen.

Southbound skyline was still closed, though...

Take off the Screen,

Thats a great look, (the matt black ADV up top) similar to mine. Can someone tell me the supplier of the headlight grill, note this one has a built in glare deflector at the top. Thanks

Its Touratech guard, but I would recommend the Wunderlich as it has a flip down feature for cleaning lamp. The glare deflector is not from the Touratech guard, its from the lexan Best Rest guard that I replaced.

I have almost finished my conversion of my '04 GS12 into an Adventure (but 30 kgs lighter). In the next change of tyres I will electroplate the wheel rims in black....

You catch me!!
But....
1.- I don't need to plug in Microwaves oven to the bike's electrical system, and
2.- My butt suffers a lot and seldom bears more than 200 kms without rehidrating.... with a beer!! , so why do I need 700 kms range? (anyway my standard tank allows me 375 kms range easily...)
Just for the aesthetics!! (and wind protection)

And don't forget... 30 kgs less!!!!

Had all the steel parts powder coated. The plastic was done by an automotive painter. Yeah, the matte seems to get dirtier and smudgy, but the bike lives in a constant semi-dirty stete, so not much of a problem for me.

Got it in December and spent the last month getting it set-up. Just need TKC's, hella FF 50's, custom seat, and an adventure top case.
