Wow, I just spent my lunch time looking at the Google Earth photos of Brugge, very beautiful. I stumbled unto that house.

Lon 313'38.04"E

I don't know how to do a link but thanks for the post.

My 2005 1200GS - only 5200 miles on the ODO! (I had a bad crash on another bike just 4 months after buying it in Feb 2006 [with just 1700 miles done!] and only been able to start riding again a few weeks ago!!):

Hello Adv-riders,

Thank your for a great forum and for the information sharing. I have been lurking on this site for over a year and I always look if there's any new pictures in this thread.

So I guess I have to do the same as you guys and show some pictures of my GS.
I ordered it in Mach and got it first of May.
5343 Miles and one back tire replaced in two months.

Setup:
ESA
ASC
ABS and Heated grips (Standard in Europe)
TPM
Computer
Crashbar
Spoke weels
Aluminum cylinder head protectors
Akra slip-on (Gonna upgrade to Akra 2-1-2 race system or a new Y pipe (not Remus))
Tinted windscreen (Why did I pay for that?)
Chrome pipes
Large hand protectors
Offroad foot pegs
K&N (Actually does not do any good since the cat is still on, but not for long...)
Hex Head oil plug
ZUMO 550 (Europe NT + Friluftskartan PRO)
BMW Small Tankbag (If you are going to use a map, buy another one)
BMW Sport Softbage, Large

I am very happy with the bike, but I get EWS fever when on longer solo offroad trips (got no spare antenna ring) and I could live without the buffering.

Onroad in Skane (without the cylinder head protectors)

Offroad in a skislope - got stuck just below the remaining snow for one hour. Got to dig the bike out by hand.

Offroad in Dalarna - I followed this trail into the woods for a couple of hours, all I ever saw was trees and rocks. Beautiful to me.

View from the cockpit - Handguards are removed when its hot

Ready to go for a weekend trip (those dark skies behind the house made the weekend wet, very wet)
