I got it, I got it!!!!

The corner of Trumbull and West Grand Blvd, in Detroit. If you strain your eyes you can just make out the now vacant Tiger Stadium...

Mine

'07 GSA from new.

Mods:-
Low seat from Kahedo (Touratech)
Boxes and Zorst (Scorpion) from Metal Mule

Dumped it 3 weeks after getting it, only a very low speed off, but wouldn't start afterwards. Local BMW dealer had it for a fortnight trying to suss out what was up, computer said it was all ok. Replaced battery and starter motor .. sorted!

My bet is also Castilla la Mancha, Spain! Somewhere in the Don Quijote route, the famous windmills!

I'm new on the forum and just bought a R1200GS from 2006 which has run 8800 km till now. My dad has to pick it up for me since I broke my ankle in an motorcycle accident 4 weeks ago where someone didn't see that I was turning left and he tried to overtake me 1 second after I checked my mirror for any traffic behind me. Hopefully I will be riding again in 3 to 4 weeks since this is the motorcycle I have wanted since I got my driverslicense. I have the original BMW side paniers and ordered a Givi V46 to complement them. I'm thinking of ordering the Touratech Adventure style crashbars and then it should be fine for me.
