It is the best out of 4 screens I've tried so far. I wouldn't want the bike without it :).

MACC:

Congratulations, and enjoy that nicely set up GSA!!!!! Also, you might want to get the broom out, grab some trash bags and do a little detailing on the garage, because that is one funky garage.

New Member with first bike!

I picked up this 2007 GS-Adventure on 9/26 from Foothills BMW in Lakewood Colorado. I put 395 miles on it in the first 30 hours I owned it. I looked at Harley's for 3 years but didn't buy one. I looked at this bike on a Tuesday and went back and bought it the next day. It is my first bike. I rode some motocross and enduro trails riding in high school. Guess I never quite got over the bug. Here's to living the dream!
Cheers!

Nice bike - word of warning though:

Looks like that Kappa box is mounted on the old style Givi rack (which Kappa may have rebranded) If it is watch out for the bolts that secure the support arms into the subframe ends as they were known to fail (although possibly in damp climates where water gets trapped against the bolts and corrosion bites)

Givi changed the design of the rack so that it no longer uses the same mount locations - the new design additionally has some grab handles for the pillion.

The newer rack looks like

and a picture of the comparison

Use this link for info on the fork protectors and the seat bag is a Marsee product no longer available, don't know why they discontinued it, best one i've seen.
