Welcome to ADVrider Bug! Oh, and I think you'll see a lot of the 'Shoulda known better' around here. You may just fit in. Do any of us really fit in?!

What GB said, "...be sure to take lots of pics to share with us."

Stunning! But what's the wheelbase on the GSA? It almost looks as stubby as the Uly - maybe just the camera angle...

Glad to see you found the website (I'm the one who talked to you in front of Jitters). Some of the Eagle River riders and I just got back from a ride down Knik Goose Bay road. Will try to let you know the next time we are going out. May do a short ride tomarrow if the weather permits.

It's a repost, but still inspiring. I think I'm in love.

Wheelbase is 59.5" on 1200 Adventure, standard GS is 59.8". Uly is 54.3".

Laugh my favorite R 1200 GS pic

this may be old hat, and everyone may have seen it already, but it is my favorite of any pic because it is the essence of the design that won BMW the gold award in engineering,,makes my heart thump just looking at it, the very core of the beast we all love!

Gets a lot of "looks like a LEO bike" comments... but at least cage drivers take a second look!!!

The paint job was thought up to match the paint job I did on my wifes Ural

Last summer, before the new paint...

and the last one... this winter after the side panels changed color
