If you're looking for a Pelican-style gun case, I'd recommend looking at the Plano All Weather series. I've got a wheeled one, I think it's the 54", which is obviously way too big for the back of the bike, but they also make a 36" version. When I bought mine, it was $70 cheaper than the comparable Pelican sitting right next to it ($140 vs. $210), and the Pelican was a bit smaller (I'd guess it was about 48"). I've only had the Plano for about six months, but I have no qualms with the quality whatsoever. For what I need it to do, it's as good as a Pelican would be.

Since we're fording streams and whatnot...
My trip to Virginia in September was exciting - stream crossings, mountain-twisties and criminal misdemeanor charges by the po-po. It really was a full, complete and rewarding trip.
We decided on a road based on how it looked on the map and it turned into fairly rugged dirt road. We crossed about 7 or 8 streams like this one. Had a very good time on the new '12 GSA. About 1200 miles on her at this point... May as well break it in, right!!

I wish I had more!!! A couple others, but all are of similar crossings...nothing any deeper. No pics of the arresting officer, either...He was NOT in a humorous mood!

OK, first post, so go easy on me. Been lurking for many months and finally got a GSA, now can't figure out how to share a pic of it. Pic upload no workie (noticed at the bottom it says I can't post attachments). WTF?

Really hate to post but here goes
[IMG]
[/IMG]Just made deal on this beauty 2012 Triple Black GSA...Loaded with only 650 miles, and has some cool farkles, Mudslinger front and back and better engine guard. All the boxes came with deal and I was able to include winter storage as it is too late in riding season to pick her up. Fly and ride next spring will be so sweet and I am finally in the club. Some real nice fellow. ( not sure if inmate) bought it, broke in, and then decided a GT1600 was a better ride for his style. All I can say is, thank you, thank you ,thank you. All in for 20$.
