I recognize those bags...

Yeah, that is my bike and the bags came from a Boulder, CO company named Adventure Motorcycle Equipment. They've held up well and they are very easy to take on and off and hold lots of gear. They connect to a bracket system that comes with the kit. Very nice arrangement and at $699USD, is a good value.
