İtalian East cost&Croatian islands

Hello,

I am planning a tour to the East Italian cost and Croatian islands. Is anybody there who can advise about the places to be visited or anything about? Thanks!

For Italy , starting from south to north, coast is interesting and scenic from Gargano promontory (north of Bari) until Pesaro; then becomes flat, overcrowded and overexploited (Rimini, Riccione ... the "riviera romagnola" ) until south of Ravenna - that's worth a visit particularly if you like historic places . The river PO delta is also interesting, being one of largest in europe, with very peculiar places and sights. further north coast is flat and dull until Trieste, but with the gems of Venice and its lagoon.

hy Ali!
about croatian islands Hvar and you mean Korcula...

Visiting untouched lagoons around Hvar plays a great role in enjoying your holidays. These can be reached by bike, bicycle, or inspiring walks through the Mediterranean landscape. You can swim in almost every lagoon, which usually has restaurant or refreshment corner of some kind.
Hvar gained glory and power during middle ages being an important port within the Venetian, naval empire. Today, it is centre of island’s tourism and one of the favourite destinations in Dalmatian riviera - a town of smiling and courteous people, who are almost only dedicated to tourism.
