Are you rushing me Jody? My husband and I went out today LOOKING so I was tagging along on the back of the KLR - seat not near as comfortable as the quad.

99% highway with 1.2 miles of dirt road (rated #3 maintained dirt road)

Here's what we came up with:
Cemetery was established in the early 1800's and one of the rare free cemeteries. Not affiliated with any church. The sunshine county that it is in has many, many dirt roads. More definitive clues tomorrow.

TAG (a cemetery)

turnoff from dirt road

entrance to tag

bear to left (notice water)

NO I'M NOT RUSHING YOU!

Just giving you a hard time....

It looks as if you went out of your way on this one. I've been searching as it doesn't immediately come to my recollection. But there is still the ever resourceful Everyday working behind the scenes on this one I am sure.
I will keep looking in the general vicinity of where I believe the clues are telling me and wait for more info......

I thought I'd found it on the maps but picture number 4 shows a lake and that doesn't seem to be near the cemetery I found so I want to ask if #4 is just to confuse us?

Is it very close to the cemetery?

Jody, I knew you were just kidding me. I was expecting a time clock with the second hands going wild. I though they might have been a couple of posts wanting the next tag. Dang this is fun!!!!!

LDHunter: No, #4 is accurate the cementery is about 200 yards in the direction the motorcycle is sitting.

Hmmm.... I wonder if there's enough gas in the Wee or if I'd have to gas it up. Think I might have found it...

As promised more clues:

1. Don't wait for the cows to come home to tag this.

2. If you have trouble finding this the butler can help you.

Good luck

After seeing the clue sunshine county, I knew then the tag was in Florida and I know that Jackson County is loaded with dirt roads. I remembered riding by an odd named cemetery sign but I could only remember that it had an animal name in it. I googled for cemeteries in Jackson County and when I looked thru the list and I saw Cow Pen Pond cemetery and I knew I had it.

Left home at 7:00 this morning hoping that with the rain coming I might could tag this first

I was just about to start my search this morning for the timtrax tag, only to find everyone else had been out riding. I guess now I'll have to wait for the next tag to get back in the game. Good job everyone. Nice to see another fast, green KLR in the mix too.

LDHunter: Thanks, I just love trying to figure these things out. Not that great at it but it sure is fun.

LJHrider: Good job!!! The site is so much prettier than the pictures show. Hope you didn't get wet.

WELL WELL ANOTHER GAMEFUL PLAYER IN THE MATRIX!

Welcome LJHRider. Job well done.

I didn't get the photographs, at first, and thought the sunshine clue was a dead give away for Florida. The whole dirt road thing could have been any number of counties in Florida within our playing field, but given Jackson County has nearly 1000 miles of maintained dirt roads, it was a high ranking area. I looked grid by grid early on last night trying to locate a cemetery that had no church affiliation, but came up empty. One near Neal's landing and near water kept coming up, but there was only a few graves there and didn't fit the bill. When I saw the clues this morning, I was on it, but by the looks of it you were snapping a photo while I was feasting on cinnamon rolls milk and surfing.

EveryDay,

I thought you were pretty smart until you posted that... EVERYONE knows that the RED Klr's are the fastest... Trust me... I KNOW...

Mine (pictured below) is so fast I once got a speeding ticket while it was parked in a parking lot!
