Planning a Trip from Denver Co to Knoxville,TN (grew up near ktown) in early Sept. I am interested in trailering the bikes (K12RS) there in one push. We can camp on my father in laws 200 acre farm. Stay there about 5 days and do day rides out and back in all directions in the foothills of Southern Appalachia, including the dragons tail. I know the area very well and this trip will include some back road twisties that normal tourist will never see. I have friends who live on Norris lake and the trip will include some good lake parties. If you interested in details please drop me an email.

Hey jbuhl,

So are you thinking 7 day's total? I may be interested. I live up near Cheyenne, north of Fort Collins. How many bikes you got room for? I was born in Cades Cove outside of Gatlinburg. Have a family farm in Morristown (owned by me and my father). My grand mother and uncle live there, but there's lots of extra room if needed. I have family all over east TN and KY - big southern family. There is a memorial to my grandfather at the Gatlinburg visitors center. He was mayor there for many years and is known as the father of Gatlinburg. We moved to CO in '76, but I grew up in Gatlinburg and Morristown, and we get back there every couple of years for a big family shindig. Even lived in Ktown for a few years while my dad was in med school.
