Congrats on the nice bike. Glad it worked out for you..
The maintaince is easier than the riding.
See if you can get a MSF course if you haven't done any riding. You will learn a lot and be much safer. If you can't get a course there are several good books out there.
As far as maintainence goes.....I agree....loctite is your friend. The blue kind.
I wonder where that road goes?

I would love to ride today, but I need to hit the DMV this week first. I will have to register/insure and get my learners....
