I have not seen anyone who makes protectors for the BRP except those ones you have Sean,
just wondering if there were others out there.

What i am thinking of using is PVC pipe, probably the under ground variety as it is around 5mm thick.
Then pretty it up with a sticker.
There expensive those fork sliders to replace.

Hows that PIG coming along Poppy ?

Got the fright of my life today, had a Golf R32 right up my arse on a random country road near Dayboro (Laceys Creek Rd), was about to dust him cause it was getting dangerous and just as I blipped the throttle his blues & twos came on!! "Routine bike stop sir" yeah right! - lucky I had everything....except a chain guard but I just had to play the ignorant immigrant card :)

Once we were done he did a u-turn, spun his wheels and disappeared back towards the town.

Yeah I couldn't resist trying it out :) hooks up really well! In fact the whole bike feels great - might need a better front tyre next though... What did you say was a good front again DW?

Doing some research on the suspension setups , decided to rebuild the front my self and leave the the rear end for the profesionals , i have found some interesting springs ( for the back end ) made out of titanium , had anyone tryed titanium springs , how do they feel ? They should be very light ( the manufacturer claims close to 50% weight loss )

Anyone running a 13tooth front sprocket, currently use 14/48 or 15/48 if it's a road trip.

Want to look at 13/48 in tight stuff to use 2/3rd more

Where i brought my bike from, "Top Gun Honda" they used to service the police XR650R's.
The XR650R's had nice police stickers on the side with the number plate on top of the rear guard,
small indictators too.

What is good for the goose is good for the gander .

13 chops into the swingarm slider to much and shortens chain life Burkey. Just swing of the clutch or ride faster mate I ran 14/48 in the 4 days etc, I may still have a 50 stealth sprocket that came with a heap of spares I purchased from a swapper recently if you are interested?
