Have you ridden it much with the double cush? Seems like it might have a lot of drivetrain slop now?
that isn't like the clutch basket in your xr dusty

Fitting ktm parts to an xr digger?
What will the purists think of that, smithy will be banging on your door to conviscate your xr.

so I guess it is a non serviceable unit. does the hinson basket still have the cush hub in it

well there ya go aye. I had heard of an internal cush on the clutch before but had never seen it. how goods that. the service manual has no description of it, nor does service Honda show any parts for it.
