Thanks. If you do decide to ride over there, be aware that there's a fair bit of construction debris in the gravel around the building. It'd be rather annoying to get a puncture at a place like that.

Just a heads up about the "why we ride" movie and its showing in knoxville if they have enough ticket sales. Probably not the place to promote this but the movie looks interesting.

That does look kinda fun. I just reposted that to the BMW ROK facebook page.

I've seen that elsewhere as well. I'll see if the boss is interested.

COOL, I hadn't had a chance to get out.

It's the quaker church in Freindsville, TN, an undergound railway stop.

new tag: an easy one
Nice old historic downtown with a good restaurant just down the street on the corner.

Cool. Didn't know they'd built a bridge like that. Ever hiked/walked any of that trail? Been thinking of taking the kiddies.

TVA stepped in as the trail were being cut and built, or I should say, over built the bridge so boats can pass under. Ha, what a joke (at our expense). Anyway that's how they do things.

Yes I've hiked most of the Shoreline Trails and even help build some of the sections. All are easy enough for the kids and are well marked and maintained. They aren't like hiking the trails in the mountains (steep)...more like a pleasant walk in the woods along the lake shore for the most part.

There are pdf maps that you can download from tellicowater.org, also. Yeah, I know that's a big clue, but I don't care. It's all about riding...not holding onto a tag. Well, that's the way I see it.
